01 - Combine strawberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes until strawberries soften and release their juices. Let cool completely, then blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer a seedless puree.
02 - In a cocktail shaker or large glass, combine the cooled strawberry puree, cold milk, and heavy cream. Stir vigorously until fully incorporated and smooth.
03 - Divide the ice cubes evenly between two tall glasses, filling each about one-third full.
04 - Pour the strawberry cream mixture over the ice in both glasses, distributing evenly. Slowly pour the cold brewed coffee over the back of a spoon to create a beautiful marbled effect as it settles on top.
05 - Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberry slices. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
