01 - Rinse blueberries and strawberries thoroughly. Remove strawberry stems and chop into small pieces. If using coconut meat, cut into small pieces; if using shredded coconut, ensure it is unsweetened.
02 - Fill each ice cube compartment one-third full with blueberries and cover with enough blueberry juice to submerge. Freeze for approximately 1 hour until frozen solid.
03 - Place a layer of coconut meat or a sprinkle of shredded coconut over the frozen blueberries. Pour coconut water to cover coconut, filling the second third of the compartment. Freeze for an additional hour until firm.
04 - Top off each compartment with chopped strawberries and fill with strawberry or cranberry juice until full. Freeze for at least 2 more hours, or until fully solid.
05 - Release ice cubes from tray and add to drinks such as lemonade, sparkling water, or cocktails for a vibrant accent.
