14 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
15 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# How to Make It:

01 - Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
02 - Add chicken tenders to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours for deeper flavor penetration.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth and refrigerate until serving.
04 - Heat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
05 - Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked through with internal temperature reaching 165°F and char marks appear.
06 - Arrange grilled chicken tenders on a platter alongside the chilled yogurt sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs. Serve immediately while hot.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • These tenders come together in under an hour but taste like theyve been marinating for days thanks to the bright Mediterranean flavors
  • The yogurt sauce creates such a perfect cooling contrast to the seasoned char from the grill
02 -
  • Patting your chicken dry before adding it to the marinade helps all those flavors actually stick instead of sliding right off
  • Letting the chicken rest for just 5 minutes after grilling keeps it incredibly juicy
03 -
  • Grate your cucumber on the large holes then really squeeze out all that liquid before mixing it into the yogurt
  • Double the sauce recipe because everyone will want extra and it keeps beautifully in the fridge for days
