03 - In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth and well blended.
04 - Using a fork or toothpick, dip each banana slice into the yogurt mixture, turning to coat all sides evenly.
05 - Place each coated banana slice onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a small gap between pieces.
06 - Sprinkle your choice of mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut over the coated banana slices before the yogurt sets.
07 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt coating is completely firm.
08 - Once frozen solid, transfer the bites to an airtight container and keep stored in the freezer until ready to serve.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They come together in fifteen minutes with zero cooking, which means you can make them while barely paying attention.
  • The creamy tang of yogurt against the natural sweetness of frozen banana is genuinely addictive, and nobody believes how simple they are.
02 -
  • Do not skip the parchment paper, because yogurt bonds aggressively to bare metal and you will end up scraping bits off with a spatula.
  • Letting the bananas get fully ripe with brown spots makes them sweet enough that you rarely need the optional honey at all.
03 -
  • Freeze the banana slices裸naked for ten minutes before dipping, because cold firm coins are far easier to coat without breaking apart in the yogurt.
  • Double the batch immediately, because you will eat half of them straight off the tray before they even make it into storage.
